Product Name:Excavator Crushing and Screening Bucket
Crushing and screening bucket is one of the attachments for excavators/loaders. It uses the hydraulic power of the host to control the rollers of the bucket by operating the foot valve. The rollers rotate in both forward and reverse directions. The material in the bucket is crushed, mixed and stirred, and the mixed material falls down under the action of the roller and the weight of the material. The loading process of the screening and crushing bucket is the same as that of the ordinary bucket. If the roller does not move, the material will not fall. It integrates screening, crushing, mixing, gas explosion and loading.
Applications
Excavator crushing and screening buckets are widely used
(1) Screening construction waste in crushed contaminated soil;
(2) For thermal analysis or leaching soil remediation, the sieve bucket can be used as a pretreatment and can screen fine soil with a diameter greater than 3 cm;
(3) Soil can be mixed with chemicals and curing agents to reduce the investment in other equipment.

Excavator crushing and screening bucket is designed for general digging and earth moving purposes.Use in low-impact, easier digging materials such as common earth, sand and clay. The sides of the crusher are straight, and the tip plate is angled. That makes it easier to fill with material and difficult to damage the bucket. The bend side plates add overall strength to the bucket frame construction without adding weight.
